Climate Change and Migration: Film Screening

The UK Climate Change and Migration Coalition (UKCCMC) will be offering a special screening of Si les vent soulève les sables at 6.30pm on Thursday, 27 October at The Hub Islington as part of their new four part event series entitled 'Should we be planning for human movement?'

Si le vent soulève les sables explores the story of a family from the horn of Africa who make the decision to migrate due to drought and the threat of war. Travelling through the intense heat and facing some challenging and dangerous encounters, this film unravels a tale about quest, hope, fatality and determination.

The screening will be followed by a panel discussion and audience Q&A at the Rich Mix Cinema.
